Although heating and cooling your home can account for up to half of your yearly home fuel use, you can help increase your system’s efficiency and bring your costs down by properly maintaining your home’s heating and cooling equipment. We recommend servicing both your furnace and air conditioning unit annually to ensure your entire system functions correctly and efficiently.
Heating & Air Conditioning Tune-Up and Maintenance Agreement
Regular maintenance can keep your system running smoothly longer with fewer breakdowns. Purchasing a Residential Service Agreement can provide not only peace of mind, but also a number of tangible benefits including a set price, a well-running system, and a trustworthy repairman in your home for regular maintenance visits.
We are the home of the 50% repair discount for our Residential Service Agreement Customers!!! Most other HVAC Contractors only offer a 15% discount to their customers.
Our Residential Service Agreement consists of the following:
- 2 preventative maintenance tune-ups a year – one for your furnace and one for your air conditioning unit;
- 50% discount on Diagnostic fee;
- Priority Service Scheduling;
- 50% discount on most parts and labor;
- Clean and/or replace standard filters – a filter upgrade is available, ask your technician for the cost difference. Pleated or other specialty filters will be billed additionally;
- 15 Point Inspection for Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps;
- 16 Point Inspection for Furnaces;
- Annual pricing is based on the number of systems serviced;
- Monthly Payment Option.
Terms and Conditions:
- Refrigerant is not included in the Tune up but is billed at a 50% discount if needed;
- All after hours diagnostic fees will be billed at the standard rate. Repairs will be discounted at 50%;
- Condenser and Evaporator Coils, Compressor, Heat Exchanger, High Voltage Wiring/Disconnects/Breakers, Sheet Metal items and Duct work are not covered by the Service Agreement;
- Only standard filters are included in the agreement. Pleated or other specialty filters will be billed additionally.
